Ericsson’s new RSU 12 fusion splicer is the dream machine for splicing ribbon with up to 12 fibers quickly, easily and accurately. Like all of Ericsson’s splicers, it was designed with the user in mind to make operation and handling virtually effortless.
The Ericsson FSU 975 fusion splicer features enhanced versatility and functionality plus all the benefits of Ericsson’s unique loss estimation method. The splicer even comes complete with software for erbium and for attenuating and tapering fibers. The FSU 975 also has a fast splicing sequence and can store data for up to 150 splices.
The FSU 995 series has all the unique features needed to satisfy demanding requirements of specialized fiber splicing, such as PM splicing, Erbium splicing and thin core fiber splicing. The FSU 995 series consists of three different splicers, each with its own unique features.
