GigOptix Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Dec 4, 2009 – GigOptix, Inc. announced yesterday that Dawn Casterson, Chief Accounting Officer and Acting Chief Financial Officer of GigOptix, Inc. is stepping down and that Ron Shelton will take her place as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Shelton will be the Company’s principal financial officer and principal accounting officer.
